BC Place Introduces Game-Changing In-Seat Ordering Service

BC Place Stadium is excited to introduce a game-changing mobile in-seat food and beverage service for fans in the Club Section at BC Lions and Whitecaps FC events in 2018. The industry-leading self-ordering service known as Ready In-Seat Ordering was designed by Vancouver-based technology company Ready to ensure fans at sporting events never miss a moment of the action.

To order food and drinks delivered right to your seat, guests with a smartphone simply hover the camera function over the unique code on their armrest to instantly open the menu. Guests can order from the full kitchen and bar menu, and submit payment via the online checkout. Your order is then freshly prepared and delivered to you within minutes.

Ready In-Seat Ordering at BC Place was designed to eliminate the barriers traditionally associated with mobile ordering systems. There are no apps to download and no registrations required! Each Club seat is uniquely coded to identify the guest’s location. With just a quick scan of the QR code using your mobile phone’s camera (or NFC chip for NFC-enabled device), guests can view the menu, order and pay without leaving your seat.

The complete range of food and drink served in the Club Lounge is available to order from the Ready In Seat menu, including Centerplate’s delicious Macaroni & Cheese with Short-Rib, Korean Chicken Bowls, Prime-Rib Beef Dip, as well as rotating features and game day specials.

Lions ready for battle against Argonauts
