Guests are encouraged to not bring bags to the stadium. Guests may enter with one clear plastic bag that is no larger than 12”x12”x6”. Guests may also carry one small clutch purse-bag no larger than 4.5”x6.5”, with a handle or strap which may searched. Bags, Luggage, Containers or Coolers larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are NOT permitted. Bags smaller than 12” x 12” x 6” must be made of clear plastic only. Exceptions may be provided for diaper bags, and for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag. All bags are subject to search, including an enhanced screening if required.

Ticketmaster Box offices will be open 30 minutes prior to gates, and the box office at Gate H will be open at 9am on event days. Please note that operation times for these offices will vary based on the event.

There are a limited number of accessible parking spots available at the stadium. It is recommended that you arrive as early as possible to secure a spot. There is additional parking available at Edgewater Casino just across Pacific Boulevard. BC Place strongly recommends that all guests parking at Edgewater Casino use the overhead walkway to cross Pacific Boulevard. BC Place has a dedicated accessible entrance located on Pacific Boulevard at parking lot 457 for passenger drop-off.
