Guest Services Consultant for BC Place

BC Place requires the services of a Consultant to develop and implement a Guest Services Program that will deliver service excellence to both our clients and guests. Part of the implementation will include communicating and training to employees and contractors of all levels and departments. This program is to be developed to enhance and complement the new BC Place brand and will establish world class standards for a revitalized BC Place. All materials developed will remain the property of BC Place.
