Accessibility

BC Place brings the world together to create lasting memories for events large and small. We are committed to ensuring every guest has the best experience possible, including guests who require assistance with mobility and access, who may have a hidden disability, parents with young children and guests wishing to use a universal washroom.

Entrances and Facilities

Our accessible drop-off and pick-up area is located at section 147, just off Pacific Blvd across from Plaza of Nations. This entrance includes a ramp and direct elevator access to all floors. Please note, there is no parking in this area.

All general guest entrances are open 60min before the event start. Premium entrances open 90min before the event start.

Gates A, B, and H can be accessed most directly via Beatty St. along Terry Fox Plaza. There are no stairs to access these gates.

Gates C, D, and E can be accessed most directly via Pacific Blvd. There are stairs to access these gates.

All seating levels and washrooms have accessible options. Accessible, universal, and family washrooms can be found on every level of the stadium concourse.

Transit Advisory – FIFA World Cup 26

As part of the FIFA World Cup 26, match day transit service will be adjusted, including stop locations, frequency and routes. For the most up-to-date information, please visit Translink.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating platforms are integrated into the main stadium seating throughout the spectator bowl. One companion ticket is available for purchase with each ticket purchased for the Accessible platforms. In order to accommodate groups larger than two, please speak with a Ticketmaster agent when purchasing your tickets. The Ticketmaster agent will work with you to seat your party as close as possible.

Service Dogs and Animals

Certified service dogs (or service dogs in training) are permitted inside BC Place. All other animals are prohibited.

Sensory Awareness

Sensory bags containing fidget tools and noise-cancelling headphones are available, until supplies last, for checkout at no cost by leaving an ID at our any Guest Services Desk locations (Section 234 and Section 446) in the Stadium. Guests in need of a quiet space or who may feel overstimulated or overwhelmed at our events are encouraged to request access to a sensory room via our Guest Services Kiosk. The Sensory Room is located by Section 250.

Wheelchair Assistance

BC Place provides a limited number of wheelchairs for Guest use if required. At this time, BC Place does not have wheelchair storage space available.

Should you require assistance in getting to your seating area, please inform a member of the BC Place Hosting team who will be happy to help.

Level 3 suites have removable seats to allow for wheelchair seating. Please contact BC Place prior to your event at stadium@bcpavco.com and our staff will prepare your suite for you.

ASL Interpreting Services

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services are available, upon request, for select events at BC Place. To inquire about this service, please contact us at accessibility@bcpavco.com at least four weeks in advance of the event you are attending.

Please note that requests made with less than four weeks’ notice are unlikely to be accommodated due to scheduling and availability constraints.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyards

FREE Sunflower Lanyards are a simple yet powerful way for individuals with non-visible disabilities to discreetly indicate that they may need a bit of extra time, understanding or support, without having to explain why.

Sunflower lanyards are now available at Guest Services desks at Section 234 and Section 446.

Stroller Parking and Lactation Pods

Stroller parking is available for certain events. Please review the event information specific to your event.

Mamava Lactation Pods are located by Section 225 and 252. The pods provide a quiet and clean space for parents of babies to nurse or feed. Follow the instructions on the keypad of the pod to unlock.
