Canada vs. Mexico – Fan Guide

Soccer fans!
The tide of #CanadaRED support continues to rise as yet another Canada Soccer milestone has been surpassed ahead of this month's 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Qualifier at BC Place Stadium. With more than 46,000 spectators booked for the match on March 25th, the entire upper bowl has been opened with new seats available for as low as $15 each.
With a potentially record-setting crowd expected for this match, fans are encouraged to arrive early on match day. Gates open at 5pm PST, a full TWO HOURS before the 7pm kickoff to ensure that all fans are able to safely and efficiently make their way to their seats.
A special pre-match Fan Fest on the Terry Fox Plaza will welcome fans to the #CanadaRED party, featuring exciting activations, a number of fan giveaways, and a live DJ.

Fan Guide FAQs
What time will gates open for this event?
Gates will be open at 5pm - 2 hours before kickoff at 7pm. We advise arriving early to avoid lineups at the gates. Please note: You can enter the stadium at any Gate, except Gate F which will remain closed for this event.
Where is Will Call located?
Will Call is located at Gate H of the stadium and will open to the public at 2:00pm.
What time to the box offices open on event day?
Pacific Boulevard 9:00am – 2:00pm
Box offices at Gates A and H will open at 2:00pm. Gates B, C, D, and G will be open at 4:30pm.
Does BC Place have an accessible entrance?
BC Place provides a dedicated ‘Accessible’ entrance along Pacific Blvd (Section 143) that allows for guests with disabilities to be delivered and collected right at the entrance.
Where is the best place to park for an event at BC Place?

Is accessible parking available?
Yes - accessible parking is available for this event on a first-come-first-serve basis at lot 457 along Pacific Blvd. It is recommended that you arrive as early as possible to secure a spot.
Will bike parking be available at the stadium?
Yes. Guests can park their bikes at The Bicycle Valet located outside of Gate C.
I am taking Transit to BC Place. How do I access the stadium?

Am I allowed to bring outside food and beverage into this event?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium. Over 40 concessions will be open for this event with a wide variety of food and beverage items. Please keep in mind that the food and beverage stands only accept cash or credit.
Once inside the stadium, am I able to leave?
In/out privileges will be not be available for this event.
Are there designated smoking areas?
Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited on stadium property including external plazas. There are no designated smoking areas. There are no in and out privileges once in the stadium except for emergency purposes.
Are signs or masks permitted for this event?
Masks: Can only be worn in the seats NOT in the concourse
Signs: Allowed up to 18” x 24”. No poles or sticks.

What is the stadium camera policy for this event?
Camera Policy:
• Guests may use personal cameras and cell phones to take photos.
• Cameras with any size of detachable lenses larger than 6” will not be permitted on site.
• Professional video recording devices are not permitted on site.
