CLEAR BAG POLICY
To ensure a safe environment for the public and align with industry standards, BC Place has implemented a restricted bag policy as part of our integrated security plan.
The maximum allowable bag size is 6.5” x 8.5”, or a clear plastic bag (including clear plastic freezer bags) no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”. Visit bcplace.com/bag-policy to learn more.

SUPPORTER SECTIONS
All Whitecaps FC Supporters Sections (201-207 & 248-254), are strictly for home team fans, so many areas will be filled with standing, chanting and singing.
Visiting or rival team colours and expressions of visiting team support are not permitted in the Whitecaps FC Supporter Sections. Visiting and rival team supporters may be relocated to another part of the stadium.
DRESS ACCORDINGLY
BC Place is an open-air stadium regardless of roof status, and guests are encouraged to dress accordingly, based on the temperature outdoors.
CASHLESS VENUE
BC Place is a cashless venue. Cash-to-card stations are available on Level 2 (235), and Level 4 (446).
ACCESSIBILITY
Sensory kits are available until supplies last at Guest Services Level 2 (234), Level 3 Concierge (307), and Level 4 (446). Guests may also request access to the BC Place Sensory Room at Section 250 ramp. Please note that we have a 15-minute time advisory for the Sensory Room in order to accommodate as many guests as possible who may benefit from the space. A member of our hosting staff will check in after 15 minutes have passed. If there is a waitlist at that time, we may kindly ask for your flexibility to ensure fair access for everyone.
Lactation pods are located at Sections 225 and 252, providing breastfeeding guests with an option for a clean, private, & secure space to pump or nurse. The pods have ample turnaround space for a wheelchair, or stroller, or family in tow. To access, guests simply need to download the Mamava app, select their desired pod, and the app will provide a code to punch in to unlock.
Assistive listening system for guests with hearing aids is implemented at Guest Services on Level 2 (234) and level 4 (446) and at Will Call at Gate H.
BC Place offers accessible, gender-neutral, and family washrooms for the convenience of all guests. Family washrooms with baby change stations are located in sections 203, 216, 224/225, 230, 243 (Level 2), 305, 336, 346 (Southwest Lounge - Level 3), and 408, 421, 435, 448 (Level 4).
Certified service dogs (or service dogs in training) are welcome at BC Place. All other animals are not permitted. Guests with service animals who need to leave the stadium to relieve their animals will be required to scan out their ticket upon exit and scan back in upon re-entry.

A battle between two of the best teams in MLS awaits with a berth to the Concacaf Champions Cup final on the line.
After advancing past Mexican giants CF Monterrey and Pumas UNAM, Vancouver Whitecaps FC will now face the 2024 MLS Supporters’ Shield winning Inter Miami CF in an epic battle in the Concacaf Champions Cup semifinals.
The first leg is set for Thursday, April 24 at BC Place, with kickoff at 7:30 p.m. PT. Season members will have a 24-hour presale window starting at 12 p.m. PT, match packs and group tickets will also be available at whitecapsfc.com/tickets. Single match tickets will be available to the general public on Friday, April 11 at 12 p.m. PT at ticketmaster.ca/whitecaps.

The decisive second leg will then take place on Wednesday, April 30 at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with kickoff at 5 p.m. PT. This will be the ‘Caps first ever visit to Inter Miami CF. Fans can watch live on OneSoccer, FuboTV, and TELUS channel 980.
The ’Caps have been flying to start the 2025 season, currently sitting first overall in the MLS standings after seven matches with a record of 5W-1L-1D, while also advancing to the semifinals of Concacaf’s top tournament for the second time in club history.
Miami are the reigning MLS Supporters’ Shield holders after setting a league record with 74 points during the 2024 MLS season. The Herons have continued where they left off, sitting tied for third in the MLS standings behind Whitecaps FC and Columbus Crew SC. Miami advanced to the semifinals after a comeback 3-2 aggregate victory over Los Angeles FC in the quarterfinals.
The winner of this semifinal will advance to the Concacaf Champions Cup final to face either Cruz Azul or Tigres UNAL on Sunday, June 1. The Concacaf champion will move on to the 2025 FIFA Intercontinental Cup and qualify for the 2029 FIFA Club World Cup.

The Concacaf Champions Cup tournament features the best teams from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean to crown a regional champion. Similar tournaments around the world include the UEFA Champions League in Europe, Copa Libertadores in South America, AFC Champions League Elite in Asia, CAF Champions League in Africa, and OFC Champions League in Oceania.
Major League Soccer has confirmed that the Vancouver Whitecaps FC MLS regular season away match against Minnesota United FC originally planned for Saturday, April 26 at Allianz Field, Saint Paul, Minnesota will be rescheduled to Sunday, April 27 at 12 p.m. PT.
