BC Place lights up for Power To Be

BC Place will glow green and blue tonight in support of Power To Be, a nonprofit organization that empowers people living with a barrier or disability to explore their limitless abilities through inclusive adventures rooted in nature.
Power To Be facilitates outdoor recreational programs for organizations, such as BC Children’s Hospital, Vancouver Covenant House, Spinal Chord Injury Canada and Down Syndrome Society. In 2018, the organization served 1,108 participants and delivered 492 programs empowering people of all ages to see what’s possible through outdoor activity. Power to Be will be hosting its 8th annual "Power To Play Vancouver" event on Thursday, September 19th.
