BC Place glows yellow to kick off KidSport Week

BC Place will glow yellow tonight to help kick off KidSport Week across BC from September 7th to 14th.
Did you know 1 in 3 families can’t afford to register their children in sport, and only 7% of Canadian children and youth are meeting Canada’s guidelines of 60 minutes of physical activity a day? For over 25 years, KidSport has been helping address the challenges faced by many families when registering their children in organized sport. KidSport Week is designed to enhance the profile of KidSport across the province and to ensure that British Columbians realize the importance of ensuring that all kids get the chance to play organized sport.
