BC Place lights up red for Crohn's and Colitis Awareness

BC Place will light up red for Crohn's and Colitis Awareness Month on Saturday, November 7th.
Since the mid 20th century, diagnoses of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease increased dramatically in Canada. Over 270,000 Canadians are believed to be living with IBD. By 2030, that number is expected to rise to 403,000 Canadians (1 in 100 people). Crohn’s and Colitis Awareness Month is about reducing the stigma, advocating for patient-doctor choice, and driving research toward cures.
