BC Place lights up for Speech & Hearing and Vision Health Month

BC Place will light up blue in support of Speech & Hearing Month and Vision Health Month across Canada on Tuesday, May 18th.
May is Speech & Hearing Month in Canada. The annual initiative dedicated to raising public awareness about communication health and highlighting the importance of early detection and intervention of communication disorders.
Did you know that 1 in 7 Canadians will develop a serious eye disease in their lifetime? Yet 75% of vision loss can be prevented or treated with proper care. May is also Vision Health Month to help encourage optimal eye health and vision care across Canada.
