EVENT DATES AND TIMES
Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour at BC Place takes place on December 6-8, 2024. The event timeline for all three show dates is as follows:
Doors open: 4:30 pm PST
Show time: 6:45 p.m. PST
- Ticketholders are not permitted to line up before 3:30 p.m. on show days, and overnight camping is strictly prohibited
BAG POLICY
While ticketholders are encouraged not to bring bags to the stadium, each ticketholder is permitted to bring one bag within the following criteria
- Clutch purse or belt bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
- Clear plastic bag no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
- Clear bags may have a printed logo no larger than 3.5” x 4.5” on only one side of the bag
Exceptions may be provided for diaper bags and medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag. All bags are subject to search. Gifts for the artist will not be accepted or collected.
FRIENDSHIP BRACELETS
We’re as excited about exchanging friendship bracelets as you are. However, all friendship bracelets must be worn into the stadium or carried in a bag which abides by the above bag policy. Carabiners (metal or plastic) holding bracelets are strictly prohibited.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited:
CLOTHING
- Any material or article of clothing capable of fully or partially obscuring the face, except for medical masks and or religious garments/wear.
- Clothing, costume, or personal effects that may impede the view or experience of those around you.
PERSONAL ITEMS
- Umbrellas
- Strollers
- Handcuffs or other restraint items
- Animals (except for certified disability service animals)
- Chains, chain wallets, studded jewelry or spurs
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, Segways, or other unauthorized means of transportation
- Glass, hard plastic, or metal containers of any kind (guests are permitted to bring a clear, soft, plastic water bottle no larger than 500 ml, must have no lid and be empty)
- Fans seated on the floor must pour their water bottle into a provided cup before accessing the floor.
- There are multiple water fountains and bottle filling stations on the main concourse.
- Noise-making devices such as horns, radios, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles, and musical instruments
- Bags that do not meet the clear bag policy
- Perfume or cologne bottles
- Any personal items that cannot pass an x-ray screening process or that, in the venue’s sole discretion, cannot be properly vetted for safety (including, without limitation, helmets, sporting equipment, large inflatables, etc.) are not permitted. This may include items that are too large, dense, or otherwise unsuitable for x-ray scanning. We are committed to accommodating guests with disabilities and will work to provide reasonable modifications to this policy when consistent with legal requirements.
WEAPONS, DANGEROUS MATERIALS OR OBJECTS
- Weapons of any kind, including guns, ammo, knives of any size, tasers, and pepper spray/mace (policy also applies to off-duty law enforcement and concealed carry permit holders)
- Flammables or missile-like objects, fireworks, road flares, emergency flares, explosives, or other incendiary devices
- Aerosol containers, including sunscreen, pepper spray, bug spray, or spray paint
- Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, beach balls, air pumps
- Laser pointers
- Sticks, poles, bats, clubs
- Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests
CONSUMABLES
- Outside food and beverage

- Illegal drugs and substances
SIGNAGE, ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
- Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material, including flyers, samples, and giveaways
- Banners or poles
- Signs larger than 11” x 17” paper or A3 paper (11.7” x 16.5”)
- Signs, flags or displays that are offensive, racist, discriminatory, use inappropriate language, or are religious, political or commercial in nature
ELECTRONICS, CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES
- Professional or commercial cameras/photography equipment, video cameras, GoPro's, audio recording devices, microphones, or tripods
- Video or audio recording is not allowed, except on personal mobile phones; flash photography is prohibited
- Non-professional or commercial cameras are permitted but cannot have extendable or attachable lenses, no matter the length
- Extendable (zoom) or attachable lenses on cameras or mobile phones
- Selfie sticks
- Drones
- Lights and torches
- Power banks larger than your phone
- Two-way radios or walkie talkies
- Laptop computers, tablets, or digital readers
TRAVELLING TO BC PLACE
ROAD CLOSURES
- The concert will impact select downtown Vancouver roads with closures. Details to come soon. Please check back regularly for the latest updates.
PARKING
- While there are several public parking options around the stadium, guests are encouraged to take public transportation due to road closures in place for the concert and other events taking place in the stadium’s vicinity.
ON FOOT
- BC Place is within a 30-minute walk from many Vancouver neighbourhoods, including Downtown, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, West End, False Creek, Fairview, Mount Pleasant, and Strathcona.

TRANSLINK
- TransLink is Metro Vancouver's transportation network, serving residents and visitors with public transit, including train, bus, and SeaBus.
- For those travelling by bus, TransLink has a wide selection of routes that service the area surrounding the stadiums. For updated info on routes and to plan your trip, utilize TransLink’s trip planner.
Train
- From the Stadium/Chinatown Skytrain Station: Upon exiting the Skytrain, walk up the stairs to Beatty Street and turn left. Gate A, B and H are approximately a five-minute walk up Beatty Street. Alternatively, upon exiting the Skytrain head down the stairs to Expo Boulevard and the Stadium is a five-minute walk to the right.
- From the Yaletown/Roundhouse Canada Line Station: Upon exiting the Station, walk along Mainland Street in the northeast direction, passing Helmcken, Nelson, and Smithe Streets. Turn right onto Robson Street.
West Coast Express & SeaBus
- The West Coast Express is a commuter rail service that travels between Waterfront Station in Downtown Vancouver and Mission City on weekdays during morning and evening rush hours, and during special events.
- BC Place is a 20-minute walk from Waterfront Station.
TAXI & RIDESHARE
- Vancouver offers many options for taxis and rideshare including Uber and Lyft.
- Check back closer to the event for more information about dedicated rideshare pick-up and drop-off zones around the stadium.
AQUABUS & FALSE CREEK FERRIES
- Aquabus and False Creek Ferries service stops at multiple locations around False Creek to bring you directly to the Plaza of Nations, located across Pacific Blvd from Gates E and F. Park your car near the ferry stop of your choice and take the scenic ferry ride just steps from the venue.

- The Kitsilano dock will not be in service December 6-8.
BC FERRIES
- BC Ferries have added additional sailings on the Tsawwassen – Swartz Bay route between Thursday, December 5 to Monday, December 9. Visit bcferries.com to plan your trip.

ACCESSING BC PLACE
RECOMMENDED GATES
For ease of entry, guests are encouraged to enter through the Gate stated on their mobile ticket.
If you downloaded your ticket onto your mobile device before November 16, please repeat the download process to ensure your ticket has the most up-to-date information.
Below are the best locations for venue access for your gate:
Gates A, B and H: Ticketholder checkpoints on Terry Fox Plaza off Beatty Street.
Gate C: Ticketholders checkpoint on Griffiths Way opposite Rogers Arena.
Gates D and F: Ticketholder checkpoints on Pacific Blvd.
Gate E: Ticketholder checkpoint on Pacific Blvd via Pedestrian overpass on Plaza of Nations.
Gate G: Ticketholder checkpoint at the corner of Smithe Street and Expo Blvd next to Parq Casino.

FLOOR TICKET ENTRY
- Guests seated at A1-A6 and B1-B6 should enter via Gate A. Once inside, head to ramp 212 located on your right or 216 located on your left to collect your floor wristband that will grant you access to your seat.
- Guests seated at A7-A12 and B7-B9 should enter via Gate E. Once inside, head to ramp 243 on your left to collect your floor wristband that will grant you access to your seat.
ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE
- The accessible drop-off/pick-up location is at section 147 off Pacific Boulevard. (Click here to find on Google Maps.). There is no parking at the drop-off/pick-up point.
- From this entrance, all levels of concourse seating are accessible via elevator.
RE-ENTRY
There are no in-and-out privileges once inside BC Place.

BOX OFFICE
Will Call will be open at Gate H from 9AM on event days. Tickets will not be available for sale at the box office.
ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE OF ACCESSIBLE TICKETS
- BC Place staff do not ask anyone about their disability status. Guests who purchased accessible seats but do not require them any longer will still have access to these seats.
- The stadium will not be initiating any exchanges, but if you would like to exchange tickets with patrons who require accessible seating, please see the Ticketmaster Guest Services representatives at Sections 234 or 446 once the doors open.
REQUESTS FOR ACCESSIBLE SEATING RELOCATION
- Accessibility relocations are based on availability and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the level listed on the original ticket. Relocations are limited to one plus a companion.
- To inquire about the possibility of being relocated to an accessible seat, please see the Ticketmaster Guest Services representatives at Sections 234 or 446 once the doors open.
SCREENSHOT TICKETS
Tickets must be in the Mobile/TM app and in the Ticketmaster account. Tickets may be downloaded to your digital wallet. Screenshots are not accepted.
TODDLER TICKETS
Children aged two and under do not require a ticket as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap.
TICKET SALES
Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.com and are only available online. Ticketmaster is the official ticketing platform for this event. To ensure a safe and reliable experience, we advise fans to exercise extreme caution when purchasing tickets from non-official channels. Tickets will not be available at box offices.
BC PLACE FAN EXPERIENCE
ROOF STATUS
- The roof status will be determined on the day of the concert, in consultation with tour management.
- BC Place should be considered an ‘open-air’ stadium whether the roof is open or closed, and guests are encouraged to dress accordingly, based on the temperature outdoors.
CASHLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
BC Place is a cashless venue. Cash-to-card stations are located on Level 2 as Section 235 and on Level 4 at Section 446.
NURSING MOTHERS
- Exceptions to our bag policy may be made for medically necessary items, including items related to nursing such as breast pumps.
- Lactation pods are located inside the stadium, providing families with an option for a clean, private and secure space to pump or nurse. The pods have ample turnaround space for a wheelchair, or stroller, or family in tow. To access, guests simply need to download the Mamava app, select their desired pod, and the app will provide a code to punch in to unlock.
SENSORY SENSITIVITY
- Sensory kits are available until supplies last at Guest Services on Level 1 at Section 103, on Level 2 at Section 234, on Level 3 at the Concierge desk at Section 307, and on Level 4 at Section 446. Guests may also request access to the BC Place Sensory Room near the Section 250 ramp.
- Pyrotechnics, lasers, strobe lights, fog, and fire effects may be used during the show.
