EARLY ARRIVAL
Plan to arrive early so you don't miss any of the action.
Parking and street access by car may be limited as there are several events happening in the stadium district.
For the PlayNow Sports Backyard Street Party (Closures will be in effect Saturday, Nov. 16, from 6 am to Sunday, Nov. 17, 10 pm)
- Robson Street will be closed from Cambie Street to Beatty Street.
- Beatty Street will be closed from Smithe Street to West Georgia Street.
- Cambie Street will be closed from Smithe Street to West Georgia Street (Nov. 17, 12:30 pm to 3 pm only).
For the Grey Cup Fan March from Canada Place to BC Place (Closures will be in effect Sunday, Nov. 17 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.)
- Howe Street will be closed from Canada Place to Robson Street.
- Robson Street will be closed from Howe Street to Beatty Street.
For the Lordco Auto Parts Block Party (Closures will be in effect Saturday, Nov. 16 from 11 pm to Sunday, Nov. 17, 10 pm
- Pacific Boulevard closed from Smithe Street to Pat Quinn Way.

Upon arrival, check with our friendly staff for the shortest line. Guests coming from the Lordco Auto Parts Block Party at Lot 457 are encouraged enter the stadium via Gate F.
Ensure electronic tickets are downloaded to your mobile device and available to scan prior to entry.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
To ensure a safe environment for the public and align with industry standards, BC Place has implemented a restricted bag policy as part of our integrated security plan. Visit bcplace.com/bag-policy for complete information.
BC Place strongly encourages guests to not bring bags of any type, however the following bags are permitted into the facility:
- Clutch purse or belt bag no larger than 6.5” x 8.5”
- Clear plastic bag (including clear plastic freezer bags) no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
The clear bag policy is in place for inside the stadium, as well as the Lordco Auto Parts Block Party at Lot 457.
Exceptions may be provided for diaper bags and medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag. All bags are subject to search.
Bag check service is available on a first-come-first-served basis at $10 per piece at two locations:
- Lot 457 (on the corner of Griffiths Way & Pacific Blvd)
- Gate H (near Terry Fox Plaza)
PROHIBITED ITEMS & OTHER GUEST POLICIES
Prohibited items include cameras larger than 6 inches (150mm) in length with lens attached, glass bottles of any size, and vuvuzelas.
Empty soft-sided bottles up to 1 litre, umbrellas, and cowbells are allowed.

DRESS ACCORDINGLY
BC Place is an open-air stadium whether the roof is open or closed. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly, based on the temperature outdoors.
CASHLESS VENUE
BC Place is a cashless venue. Cash-to-card stations available on Level 2 (235), and Level 4 (446).
ACCESSIBILITY
The accessible drop-off/pick-up location is at section 147 off Pacific Boulevard. (Click here to find on Google Maps.) From this entrance, all levels of concourse seating are accessible via elevator.
Sensory kits available until supplies last at Guest Services on Level 2 (234) and Level 4 (446). Guests may also request access to the BC Place Sensory Room near the Section 250 ramp.
Lactation pods are located at Sections 225 and 252, providing breastfeeding guests with an option for a clean, private, & secure space to pump or nurse. The pods have ample turnaround space for a wheelchair, or stroller, or family in tow. To access, guests simply need to download the Mamava app, select their desired pod, and the app will provide a code to punch in to unlock.
A gender-inclusive washroom is located at Section 225 for families and people of all genders.
INADMISSIBLE PATRON PROGRAM
BC Place is a member of the Inadmissible Patron Program. An Inadmissible Patron is defined as a person whose lifestyle, associations and/or activities pose a risk to public safety, either directly or from third parties. This includes people who are involved with or associated to organized crime, gangs, and the drug trade. Vancouver Police will be on site and assisting in the enforcement of this program. Anyone identified as an Inadmissible Patron by police will be denied entry/evicted from the venue and will not receive any refund or compensation.
