KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
To make sure you get the most out of your FIM World Supercross Championship experience, please ensure you read the below information (and share with your fellow ticketholders!):
RACE DAY INFORMATION
Fan Zone at Terry Fox Plaza (Merchandise Stand and Rider Autograph Session): 1 pm
Early Entry at Gate A (WSX VIP and Category 1 ticketholders): 3 pm
Public Entry at Gate A, C, G, H: 5 pm
FIM World Supercross Canadian Grand Prix: 6 pm

The Box Office at Gate A opens at 9 am, and other locations around the stadium open at 4 pm.
WSX VIP & CATEGORY 1
WSX VIP & Category 1 ticketholders may collect their event cap and lanyard with souvenir ticket including the merchandise discount from the VIP Ticket Package Collection area right inside Gate A. The person collecting must be the same name associated with the ticket purchase.
ARRIVE EARLY
Plan to arrive early as parking and street access by car may be limited with several events happening in the stadium district. Upon arrival, check with our friendly staff for the shortest line.
BAG POLICY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Security checks to access the venue will be in place to assist in the safety of those in attendance. To ensure a safe environment for the public and align with industry standards, BC Place has implemented a restricted bag policy as part of our integrated security plan. Make sure you check BC Place’s Guest Policies and Clear Bag Policy pages before arriving at the venue.
Prohibited items include professional cameras, and bottles or containers with capacity greater than 1 litre. Glass bottles of any size are not permitted. Umbrellas are allowed. The full list of prohibited items is available here.
DRESS ACCORDINGLY
BC Place is an open-air stadium whether the roof is open or closed. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly, based on the temperature outdoors.
NO RE-ENTRY
There is no re-entry allowed. Once you have scanned and entered the venue, please do not leave as your ticket will not allow you entry back into the event should you choose to leave early.
MOBILE TICKETS
With Mobile Tickets as the delivery method when you purchased, make sure to download the Ticketmaster app and access your tickets before you arrive and be ready to scan them.
For iOS mobile users, add your mobile ticket to your Apple Wallet by clicking the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button on your mobile ticket.
For Android mobile users, add your mobile ticket to your Google Wallet by clicking the ‘Save to Google Wallet' button on your mobile ticket.
To speed up entry, each fan should hold their own ticket, ensure their phone brightness is up and dark mode is not enabled. Ensure your phone is fully charged before leaving home.
CASHLESS
BC Place is a cashless venue - only card payments will be available. A cash-to-card station is available on Level 2 (Section 235).
ACCESSIBILITY
Sensory kits available until supplies last at Guest Services on Level 2 (234). Guests may also request access to the BC Place Sensory Room near the Section 250 ramp. Please be aware that pyrotechnics, strobe lights, and loud noises may be experienced during the event.
Lactation pods are located at Sections 225 and 252, providing breastfeeding guests with an option for a clean, private, & secure space to pump or nurse. The pods have ample turnaround space for a wheelchair, or stroller, or family in tow. To access, guests simply need to download the Mamava app, select their desired pod, and the app will provide a code to punch in to unlock.
A gender-inclusive washroom is located at Section 225 for families and people of all genders.

SIGNS & POSTERS
Get ready to cheer for your chosen rider or team! We encourage you to design and bring a bold, homemade poster to cheer on your favourite rider and team. The most creative and standout posters on display in the seating bowl will be featured on the big screen during the event!
Please be reminded that signs with offensive, racist, discriminatory, or inappropriate language, or are religious, political or commercial in nature are prohibited. Signs must not exceed 8.5” x 11” to avoid obstructing the sight lines of other guests.

INADMISSIBLE PATRON PROGRAM
BC Place is a member of the Inadmissible Patron Program. An Inadmissible Patron is defined as a person whose lifestyle, associations and/or activities pose a risk to public safety, either directly or from third parties. This includes people who are involved with or associated to organized crime, gangs, and the drug trade. Vancouver Police will be on site and assisting in the enforcement of this program. Anyone identified as an Inadmissible Patron by police will be denied entry/evicted from the venue and will not receive any refund or compensation.
