EARLY ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, check with our friendly staff for the shortest line. Please have your ticket ready to scan upon entry. Ensure electronic tickets are downloaded to your mobile device and available to scan prior to entry.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Expect delays on Main Street & Terminal Avenue due to emergency sewer repairs. Please check the City of Vancouver social media channels for updates.
CLEAR BAG POLICY

PROHIBITED ITEMS & OTHER GUEST POLICIES
Prohibited items include professional cameras, umbrellas, studded jewelry, long wallet chains, and signs/posters. Bottles of any kind are prohibited on the Floor Level. (Soft-sided bottles or containers up to 1 litre capacity are permitted onto Levels 2, 3, and 4.)

DRESS ACCORDINGLY
The roof is open for the show. BC Place is an open-air stadium and guests are encouraged to dress accordingly, based on the temperature outdoors.
CASHLESS VENUE
BC Place is a cashless venue. Cash-to-card stations available on Level 1 (101), Level 2 (235), and Level 4 (446).
ACCESSIBILITY
Sensory kits available until supplies last at Guest Services on Level 1 (103), Level 2 (234), Level 3 Concierge (307), and Level 4 (446). Guests may also request access to the BC Place Sensory Room near the Section 250 ramp. Please be aware that pyrotechnics, lasers, strobe lights, fog, and fire effects may be used during the show.
Lactation pods are located at Sections 225 and 252, providing breastfeeding guests with an option for a clean, private, & secure space to pump or nurse. The pods have ample turnaround space for a wheelchair, or stroller, or family in tow. To access, guests simply need to download the Mamava app, select their desired pod, and the app will provide a code to punch in to unlock.
A gender-inclusive washroom is located at Section 225 for families and people of all genders.
INADMISSIBLE PATRON PROGRAM
BC Place is a member of the Inadmissible Patron Program. An Inadmissible Patron is defined as a person whose lifestyle, associations and/or activities pose a risk to public safety, either directly or from third parties. This includes people who are involved with or associated to organized crime, gangs, and the drug trade. Vancouver Police will be on site and assisting in the enforcement of this program. Anyone identified as an Inadmissible Patron by police will be denied entry/evicted from the venue and will not receive any refund or compensation.
